The NoF 2016 conference will take place in the Pérola Búzios Hotel. The hotel is located in the heart of the city, just a few meters from the famous Rua das Pedras, which is one of the most traditional tourist attractions of Búzios. The hotel is surrounded by the best shops, restaurants, bars and clubs of the city.

Events participants have access to a special rate at the hotel, that will hold the rooms blocked exclusively for the event up to September 30th. Reservations should be made directly with the Hotel Bookings Central:

Booking Policy: We suggest booking before September 30th . Reservations will be confirmed upon payment of 50% the total value. Balance must be payed up to 15 days before arrival. Change or cancellation policies: There will be no refunds in case of cancellation or partial amendment and there is no option to change for other dates.

Bed Policy: The hotel does not have extra bed. Complimentary crib in the bedroom and bath loan for children up to 2 years old (subject to availability at check-in). Check-in starts at 2pm and check-out closes at 12 noon.

Children Policy: One child up to 7 years old in parents' bed will be free. Additional children or children older than 7 years are considered paying adults. As determined by the Brazilian Statute of Children and Adolescents, Federal Law No. 8,069 of Jul 13, 1990, it is forbidden to host children under 18 years, not accompanied by both parents or when accompanied by one parent without authorization with notarized signature by both parents or by the absent parent. In all cases all guests must present photo identification at check-in.

A visa may be required to enter Brazil, depending on the agreements between Brazil and your country of citizenship. U.S. Citizens, for example, must have a visa to enter Brazil. Please click here to find the list of countries that require a visa to Brazil.
