The following steps give you detailed instructions to prepare your camera-ready paper.
Final paper submission consists of six critical steps:
Failure to comply with all the required elements will lead to the removal of the paper from the technical program and the conference record.
Manuscripts will be scheduled for oral or poster presentation only if at least one of the authors pays the FULL registration fee by September 30, 2016. Please also note that Network of the Future 2016 reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Also notice that the registration fees for authors are not refundable.
For each accepted paper, at least one author must register at a FULL registration rate for the conference by September 30, 2016. One full registration fee includes the publication of one paper. Additional papers of the same author -- including short papers related to posters -- will have an extra fee of 380 EUR (R$ 1.365,72).
