Submission Instructions

Submitted papers must present original, unpublished research, or experiences. Work-in-progress reports from ongoing research are also encouraged. Papers must be limited to 5 pages written in English (maximum of 2 additional pages allowed - 7 pages in total - with over-length page fee) and must follow the IEEE conference paper templates. Use two-column IEEE Conference Proceedings style in a 10-point-font, US letter file. Latex users must follow the bare_conf.tex example included in the Latex template, use the following command \documentclass[10pt,conference]{IEEEtran}, and use IEEEtran.bst included in the Bibliography file as reference style. Papers must be submitted in PDF format via EasyChair.

The first page should include paper title, an abstract of about 150 words, 3-5 keywords indicating the paper topic area, name, affiliation, and email of author(s).

The timeline/deadlines for NoF are as follows:

  • Paper submission: July 31, 2016 Extended Deadline August 29, 2016
  • Acceptance notification: September 23, 2016
  • Camera-ready paper: September 30, 2016
